         (1)      Prof(Dr.) Subhas Prasad Sinha, M.Sc, Ph.D, Vice-Chancellor, V.K.S.University,Ara(Bihar) India, has been formerly Principal, College of Commerce Patna under Magadh University. His books entitled “ A hand book on Economics & Zoologyâ€?, “ Prayogik Jantu Vighyanâ€? & Role of Science and technology in the rural & Economic Development in Indiaâ€? have been published from S.Chand & Co Ltd, New Delhi. Dr.Sinha has contributed a number of articles to different leading National and International Journals. He has been invited to present research papers in South Africa(2003),Florida(USA)2004, Media legislature & Information Technology Florida(USA)2005 & recently (2009) he presented paper entitled “ Emerging issues in the field of Business Education in Indiaâ€? at College Teaching & learning Conference(TCL) held at Caesar’s Palace, Las Vegas, Meveda(USA). He has been fellow member Mendelia Society of India & Academic Zoologyas well as life member of IIPA New Delhi & IIEM, New Delhi. Dr.Sinha has been awarded of “ Jewel of India Awardâ€?,â€? Great Achiver of India Awardâ€? & “ Indira Gandhi Sadbhavana Awardâ€?.

(2)      Dr. Tapan Kumar Shandilya,M.A. (Gold Medalist), Ph.D. (Economics), Pro- Vice Chancellor, V.K.S. University, Ara. Formerly he was Principal, R.C.S. College, Manjhaul, Begusarai, Bihar (L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga) and earlier he was lecturer in Economics, College of Commerce, Patna and Assistant professor of Economics, Barkatullah University, Bhopal (M.P.). His  published books include Central Loans to States under Five Year Plans, Centre-State Financial Relations in India, Population Problem, Agricultural Credit and NABARD, Child Labour : A Global Challenge, Child Labour Eradication. Foreign Direct Investment in India : Problems and Prospects and Dr. Shandilya has contributed a number of articles to different leading National and International journals. He is actively engaged in teaching and research since 1985. Many researchers have obtained Ph.D. degrees under his guidance and supervision. He is also the editor of National Journal, Journal of Global Human Development. He was the assistant editor of Indian Economic Journal

(3)      Dr.Jawahar Lal, M.Com,Ph.D, LL.B, Principal D.K.College, Dumraon(V.K.S.University,Ara) has been formerly Principal, M.L.Arya College,Kasba(B.N.Mandal University,Madhepura) and earlier Lecturer in the Deptt.of Commerce, B.D.College Patna(Magadh University). He has also been visiting & Guest faculty in MBA & MCA programmes in various prestigious Management Institutes, Indira Gandhi National Open University, National Academy of Customs Excise & Narcotics, The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, The Institute of Entrepreneurship Development & United Bank of India, Staff Training Centre Patna(Bihar). Dr.Lal has contributed a number of articles to various leading National and International Journals/Magazines. Dr.Lal has visited St.Stvan University Godollo (HUNGARY) to present his research paper at Xth International Conference, 2009. He is Co-Editor of book entitled “Water Resource Managementâ€? published by Pentagon Press, New Delhi. Dr.Lal has been member secretary of “Core Committeeâ€? constituted by the Chancellor Universities of Bihar, Raj Bhawan, Patna. He is also a  life member of All India Commerce Association,New Delhi.
